The Lower Nehalem Watershed Council is seeking applicants for our Coordinator position.  The council has a large territory in the Nehalem River basin, the basin being shared with the Upper Nehalem Watershed Council.  Highway 26 in Clatsop County is the dividing line between the two councils.   The council maintains an office in Wheeler and has projects in a variety of locations throughout the basin.

The coordinator works with the council steering committee and fiscal agent to manage grants from  variable sources but primarily from OWEB.  The position is pretty much a full time job, depending on how many grants from sources other than OWEB are secured that provide funding for management duties.  Projects are scattered throughout Tillamook and Clatsop counties.

To receive an application form and job description, please email both and, the fiscal agent.   Applications close at 5 p.m. Tuesday, August 5, 2014.
