Join NWC, Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, and North Coast Land Conservancy for a wildlife walk on the North Coast Land Conservancy Thompson Creek Habitat Reserve and the surrounding Thompson Creek area. ODFW Beaver Conservation Biologist Conrad Ely will host an exploration and discussion of how beavers are currently utilizing Thompson Creek.
Meet at the pumphouse next to Thompson Creek. Parking is limited; if you can walk to the meeting spot, please do. Participants should expect to be moving outdoors on wet and uneven terrain. Rubber boots or waders are encouraged. There is no restroom on site. Please bring any layers, water, or snacks that you might need for two hours outdoors.
